At fitting, we check how it sits and adjust it if needed.

Checking the fit of your splint or mouthguard
We practise inserting the appliance and check for pressure points. You receive instructions for using, cleaning and storing it.
Frequently asked questions
Before your visit
Is a night splint the same as a sports mouthguard?
No. They serve different purposes. When booking, tell us whether you need help with grinding or protection for a particular sport.
What if my splint starts to feel tight?
Arrange a review and bring the splint with you. Do not file or heat it yourself. Any adjustment needs to take account of how it fits your teeth.
